In case you didn’t know, we got you covered! Our products come with a manufacturer warranty against any defect in material or workmanship. All "DOLA Premium" branded covers come with a 3-year warranty on the stitching (seam) and 30 days on everything else related to functionality (buckles, straps, breathing mesh...etc.). In case of problems with purchased items, we will gladly replace your product if we were unable to find a fix for your problem.
All other brands, including "Dola Basics", come with a 30-day warranty from time of receipt.
"Dola Premium" products are fully tested to the highest quality standards to ensure many years of satisfaction. If you're not happy with something, please let us know. We are here to help. Once again, warranty is available to all buyers and applies ONLY to the seam stitching defects that lead to water leakage, under normal usage.
