International Customers
International Orders are welcomed with no order minimum. Shipping charges vary depending on destination. International shipping can take anywhere from 7-20 business days to receive. If there are any delays in the processing of your order, we will notify you promptly.
If you need the order sooner, please inquire as to expedited shipping rates by emailing service@dolapatio.com in advance.
If your country does not show as an option during shipping, please send us an email at service@dolapatio.com and we will see if we can accommodate shipping to your destination. Not all destinations can be shipped to.
Lastly, please note that you will be responsible for any customs/VAT/duties, if applicable, at the time of delivery. In many cases, if a consumer refuses to pay the taxes associated with the transaction it gets rejected and sent back to us. We would not refund the shipping charges we incurred if a package is rejected for nonpayment of duties/taxes owed.
